We try to keep our process as simple as possible. You do not need a membership, we only need you to be 19+ and living in Canada. To make your order we need you to: -Choose your items and amounts from menu -Add to cart -Choose appropriate shipping option (Do not choose local delivery unless you live in Vernon) -Press Checkout -Pay by E-Transfer

At this time the only option for payment is E-Transfer

We are available to answer questions through email from 11 am - 5 pm (PST) EVERYDAY

The answer is simple, NO. We do not have a physical address and we do not meet people for pick up.

We deliver at 12pm & 5pm -- 7 days a week -- You must have an physical address in the City of Vernon. Orders less than $50 : $15 Delivery Fee Orders $50-$149: $7 Delivery Fee Orders $150 + : FREE Delivery ​ We will always try to deliver your order with the next available delivery AFTER we receive your payment. *Note* Some banks can take up to an hour before we are notified. ​ Delivery can take up to two hours - ​ Apartment complexes, we are requesting that you meet the driver at the entrance of your building. ​ ​ Not including Predator Ridge, Coldstream, Armstrong, Westside/Eastside Rd, Kelowna nor Lake Country.
