-Not all tops are made in the exact same size. Our suppliers help us keep pricing down by working with slightly larger tops that can hold a little over a gram. The extra space is needed in order to create a tighter airlock so that the tops do not leak. Although it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, it does ensure there is NO leakage.
